Prigradica bay
Prigradica is a bay, situated 5km from Blato, and 8.5km from Vela Luka.
It is one of the older inhabited bays on the island and faces the island of Hvar. Prigradica has many old stone houses built as store-rooms for agricultural purposes. It was once an important harbor for the export of wine and olive oil from Blato. Many songs have been written about this bay.
During the tourist season, it is connected directly to Split via catamaran. Although Prigradica is now a tourist haven, it has kept its authentic, rustic atmosphere. There are a restaurant, cafes, shop, and beautiful pebble beach.
